Habibullah Zaland has bachelor level education with over 20 years experience with various National and international organizations.He has served in deputy manager,Manager,Business Manager,Community Mobilizer,Logistics Officer, Administrator roles up to 2021. He also ran his own business and has remained founder of a kindergarten and a private teacher training institute. He has educated thousands of children and youths and they are now in the society empowered with knowledge and education. He also provided employment to youth and women through this way. He established HADAF in 2023 and resumed its activities in community resilience, education,Health and Agriculture.

Dr. Emal Pacha has degree in curative medicine and has specialization in internal medicine. He has his own hospital and run his private medical services. He has also worked in health projects and currently maintains Deputy Executive Director role in HADAF. .

Mr. Naqibullah is holder of MBA degree and has worked from 2014 until 2023 in various National and international organizations in different fields. He currently fill the role of Finance and Administration Manager with HADAF.. .

Najla Walizadah holds master’s degree in business administration. She has worked in many roles starting from Surveyor, Deputy Administration Manager and Finance Manager. She is now in charge of gender Unit within HADAF. .

She has bachelor’s degree and has worked in national and international organizations in different role and capacities. (Gender Manager, surveyor, and HR Assistant). She currently holds HR assistant role in HADAF. .
